FREE roof incl trusses, Marseilles tiles (~3900), and all wooden and alu windows and doors+kitchen in Gillitts, KwaZulu-Natal for sale

I want a contractor to remove the entire roof, ceilings, gutters, downpipes, fascias, windows and doors, kitchen etc from the OLD section of my house at their own cost. Basically all I want left is the free standing walls so even the material that is worthless is to be removed. The kitchen will also be gutted so they are welcome to the stove, hob, gas appliances, as well as the kitchen & dining room cupboards. The roof tiles (~3900) are worth R4-R5 each. Many extras such as free central aircon, free geyser, solid plate glass front door, solid oak T&G ceiling etc. Loads of alu windows and doors. And wooden ones as well.
The contractor should have his own team of workers, tools ladders, scaffolding, and trucks, etc. I want to be left with a clean site with no damage to the super-structure and new section of the house. Work will have to be supervised by the contractor and carried out over a MAXIMUM of a 2 week period probably in June 2015.
All electrics and plumbing would have been removed beforehand by myself.
